Tomorrow is July 4th. Even though I will be stuck at work tomorrow night, I hope everybody has a wonderful 4th of July.

So, to kick start your 4th of July festivities, here’s the National Anthem.. Well.. Kinda..

I hate being sick. Although I will admit that I am feeling somewhat better at the moment. Because I was sick, I had to call in last night after already leaving two hours early the night before. I do expect to feel better by time for work tonight though.

All I can say is wow..

I can’t deny it. I’m trapped in the past. I’m lost in 2008.

A guilt trip that was supposed to end, but it hasn’t.

No lie, I have dreams of it ending and me making things better..

There is one thing keeping that from happening..

It is HER.

I wish I could make things better between myself and a former co-worker.

At this time, it is not possible until they realize a few things.

As for myself, I’m not perfect nor do I claim to be.

I don’t think I’m better than anybody else nor do I pretend to be.

I’m just a normal guy that makes mistakes. I’m just like you.

I assume these dreams will continue until something happens. I can’t control them.

Maybe I can make things better.. Maybe..

Only time can tell though.
